We want you to be happy with your order from Handmade by Eyena.

Returns

If an item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within [5] days of receiving it with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method within [7–14] working days.

Change of mind

We  don't accept returns for change of mind. If we do: unused, in original packaging, within 5 days; return shipping is paid by the customer.
